KAAMUT® Returns Policy

At KAAMUT®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 14 – 31 days of delivery. Please read the details of our Returns Policy below.

  1. When Can I Return Items?
    You can register your return within 14 days of receiving your order. After registration, you must send the items back as soon as possible. Items returned to our warehouse after 14 days of registration will not be accepted and will be returned to you without a refund.

Please note: Free gifts and promotional items cannot be returned.

  1. How Can I Get a Refund?
    To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
  • The items are in original condition.
  • The items have not been used.
  • The items are still in their original packaging.
  • The invoice is included with your return.

If any of the above conditions are not met, we may not issue a refund or may issue a partial refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  1. What Does It Cost to Return Items?
    You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure that your return is delivered safely.

  2. My Return Package Went Missing During Shipment, What Do I Do?
    We highly recommend using a tracking code when returning your items. KAAMUT® is not responsible for lost return packages that do not have tracking.

  3. When Can I Expect My Refund?
    Once we receive your returned package, processing can take up to 7 days. The process includes:

  4. Delivery Notification: We will notify you when your return package arrives at our warehouse.

  5. Inspection: After inspecting the items, we will email you to inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

  6. Refund Processing: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 working days.
