The Sakimaru blade is inspired by traditional Japanese swords and is designed for precision slicing tasks such as preparing sushi, sashimi, trimming meats, and making clean, controlled cuts.

Forged from 3-layer AUS-10 Japanese steel, the blade offers excellent hardness, corrosion resistance, and long-lasting edge retention. With a hardness of 60–61 HRC, it maintains exceptional sharpness even with frequent use.

The blade features a hammered finish with a distinctive black coating, helping reduce food sticking while creating a bold and modern appearance.

The ergonomic handle, crafted from ebony wood and Mkuruti, provides excellent balance and a secure grip, ensuring comfort and precision during detailed cutting tasks.
