The KAAMUT® Kuro Series Santoku Knife combines Japanese knife tradition with modern steel technology to deliver exceptional cutting performance and refined craftsmanship.

The blade is forged from premium AUS-10 Japanese stainless steel with a three-layer construction, offering excellent hardness, durability, and corrosion resistance. With a Rockwell hardness of 60–61 HRC, the blade maintains its sharp edge even with intensive use.

The blade features a hammered finish with a protective black coating, which helps reduce friction and prevents food from sticking to the blade. This combination not only improves cutting performance but also gives the knife its distinctive modern appearance.

With its 19 cm blade, the Santoku is a versatile all-purpose knife ideal for slicing meat, cutting fish, and chopping vegetables or herbs. The razor-sharp edge, sharpened to a 12° angle per side, ensures smooth and precise cutting with minimal resistance.
